Digital & Search Marketing (Marketing & Communications)
Job Responsibilities:
Content Creation: ● Develop engaging, localized content tailored for e-commerce platforms (Tokopedia & Shopee). ● Create content for websites, social media, and email campaigns that aligns with the company's brand messaging. ● Optimize and translate content for SEO to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
E-commerce Expertise: ● Utilize in-depth knowledge of e-commerce platforms to optimize campaigns and boost visibility. ● Create and implement strategies to target local and regional customers, focusing on dental and healthcare professionals. ● Stay updated on trends and promotions specific to Indonesian e-commerce marketplaces.
Social Media Management: ● Manage and grow social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok etc) to increase brand awareness and engagement in the Indonesian market.
Analytics and Reporting: ● Monitor performance metrics across all digital channels and prepare detailed reports with actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in digital marketing, with expertise in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Tokopedia).
Proficiency in design tools (Canva, Photoshop) to create engaging promotional materials.
Experience in managing social media campaigns on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
Excellent communication and organizational skills, with fluency in Bahasa Indonesia (Mandarin & English proficiency is a plus).
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
A passion for staying updated with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies relevant to the Indonesian market.
