We are seeking a Digital Content Creator - TikTok Specialist focused on customer outreach to engage with local parents and drive awareness for our platform through innovative marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research for TikTok content ideation.
• Develop engaging content for TikTok and other social media platforms to raise awareness and attract parents to our application.
• Work with influencers or community figures to amplify the reach of campaigns and increase user engagement.
• Provide insights for weekly & monthly evaluations.
• Provide content ideas, plans/concepts, and copywriting for each post.
• Edit video or photo content before being uploaded.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in marketing, customer outreach, or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of TikTok, social media marketing, and content creation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and email marketing platforms.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Experience in the parent/children’s activities sector.
• Experience with TikTok Ads and understanding TikTok’s Algorithm.
• Fluency in Bahasa and English is a must.
