Digital Content Creator Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Digital Content Creator to join our Marketing team. In this role, you will be a key partner in executing and enhancing our marketing strategies, contributing your creative vision and expertise. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated professional with a passion for travel, a deep understanding of digital marketing, and the ability to independently manage multiple tasks. Your role will focus on content creation and social media management, with a commitment to innovation and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Campaigns:

• Lead creative brainstorming sessions to develop impactful brand marketing campaigns.
• Produce high-quality visual and video content, including drone footage, for use across digital channels.
• Be confident and effective in front of the camera when creating content.
• Help to develop and manage podcasts and other innovative content to expand our brand’s reach.

Social Media Management:

• Create engaging content for all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube).
• Assist in the development and execution of social media content strategies that align with brand goals.
• Collaborate with the Social & Community Manager to create, schedule, and optimize social media content.
• Drive social media marketing objectives by optimizing strategies to increase engagement, followers, and brand visibility.

Travel & Content Production:

• Be willing and able to travel across Indonesia to capture authentic, compelling content that aligns with our brand and resonates with our audience.

Qualifications:

Experience:

• At least 1+ year of proven experience in content creation and social media management, ideally within the travel industry or a related sector.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

Skills:

• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (Spanish is a plus).
• Strong creative skills in media content creation, including photography, videography, and drone footage.
• Comfortable with public speaking and appearing on camera for content creation.

Additional Requirements:

• Must be an Indonesian citizen.
