Job Summary

A Digital Business Analyst plays a critical role to bridging with business stakeholders by analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for digital transformation, and implementing technology solutions that drive business growth and efficiency.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a digital or technology-driven environment.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with digital technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and strategically.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in supporting project management activities, including planning, execution, and monitoring.

Job Accountabilities - Key Accountabilities

• Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed business requirements for digital projects.
• Process Analysis: Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and digital transformation.
• Solution Design: Work with IT teams and developers to design and propose digital solutions that meet business requirements.
• Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation including business requirements, functional specifications, use cases, and process flows.
• Project Management: Support project managers in planning, executing, and monitoring digital projects to ensure they are delivered on time and within scope.
• Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate effective communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
• Testing and Validation: Participate in the testing and validation of digital solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and deliver the expected benefits.
• Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new digital solutions.
