Digital Application & Training Expert (Printing Industry)

We are seeking a Digital Application & Training Expert with expertise in prepress and/or inkjet printing for labels and packaging. This role focuses on providing technical support, application development, and training to customers and internal teams, ensuring the successful use of our digital inkjet printing solutions.

As part of this role, you will be responsible for operating the inkjet press in our Demonstration Centre (Cikarang) and supporting client trials, training, and troubleshooting both in-house and on-site at client facilities.

With inkjet printing rapidly transforming the labels and packaging industry, this role is critical to Jet Technologies’ continued success.

Minimum Requirements

1. Technical support and application development for digital inkjet printing solutions.
2. Operating the inkjet press in the Demonstration Centre.
3. Supporting client trials, training, and troubleshooting.
