Job description

We’re looking for a Senior Digital Analyst who thrives in transforming data into actionable insights. If you are passionate about data storytelling, digital performance, and strategic growth—this is the role for you.

As a Senior Digital Analyst, you’ll play a key role in guiding our clients through informed decisions using data-driven insights. You’ll be working alongside cross-functional teams, managing multiple client portfolios, and acting as a strategic advisor in their digital journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead deep-dive analyses to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that address business problems and growth opportunities.
  2. Design, execute, and interpret A/B and multivariate tests to evaluate campaign performance and user behavior.
  3. Measure and optimize digital marketing ROI across multiple channels.
  4. Monitor and analyze the performance of digital assets, including:
    1. Organic and Paid Social Media
    2. Website & Google Analytics (GA4)
    3. SEM (Search Engine Marketing)
    4. GDN / Google Ads
  5. Build and maintain comprehensive performance reports for clients and industry competitors to inform strategic planning.
  6. Deliver clear, concise analytics presentations to internal teams and clients, including actionable recommendations.
  7. Collaborate with internal departments (strategy, creative, media) to ensure campaigns are optimized based on performance data.
  8. Set up and manage tracking infrastructure, dashboards, and tag implementation as needed.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Marketing, or related field.
  2. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a digital analytics or performance marketing role, preferably in an agency or consultancy setting.
  3. Proven ability to interpret data from multiple sources and translate them into strategic insights.
  4. Proficient in tools such as:
    1. Google Analytics (GA4)
    2. Meta Ads Manager
    3. Google Ads and other relevant platforms
  5. Strong grasp of marketing funnels, attribution modeling, and customer journey analytics.
  6. Solid experience in working with large datasets, advanced Excel/Google Sheets. Knowledge of SQL or Python is a plus.
  7. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and compelling way to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  8. Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  9. Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
