We are seeking highly motivated candidates to join our team as Desktop & Network Operations IT Engineer.

• According to the factory's information construction plan, output network expansion and new construction plans, connect with broadband operators to solve dedicated network problems;
• Responsible for the installation, configuration, upgrade, operation, and maintenance management of desktop computer hardware (computers, monitors, IP phones, printers, video conferencing terminals, and other network equipment);
• Installation and maintenance of daily office software, macOS, and Windows operating systems, including professional software, such as NX, AutoCAD, Adobe Illustrator CS5, etc.;
• Respond to and solve IT problems reported by users in a timely manner, and track the problems reported by users until they are resolved;
• Responsible for network maintenance, internet access authentication, information security checks, and resolving network anomalies in IDC data centers, offices, and production lines;
• Responsible for the allocation, inventory, and management of the company's IT fixed assets; collect user feedback and needs, provide timely feedback to superiors, and output solutions.

You must have the following to hold the position:

• Bachelor's degree in IT Engineering or related field
• At least 1 year experience in desktop and network operation and maintenance with priority given to participating in low current (network, monitoring) construction in the park.
• Willing to work at Jababeka, Cikarang area.
