Job description

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (DKV, Teknik Informatika, Komunikasi)
  • Work experience minimum 2 years as design & digital marketing supervisor.
  • Proficient in Meta Ads & Google Ads with hands-on experience in strategy creation, implementation, & evaluation by Google Analytics.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere).
  • Familiar with website maintenance tools.
  • Able to create 2D and 3D designs.
  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Identify target audiences and create customer personas.
  • Set KPIs and measure the effectiveness of digital campaigns.

Campaign Management:

  • Plan, create, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., social media, email, search engines, display advertising).
  • Manage end-to-end campaigns from conception to execution, including creative development, media planning, and performance analysis.
  • Utilize platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital advertising tools.

Content Marketing:

  • Collaborate with content creators to produce engaging and relevant content (blogs, videos, infographics, etc.).
  • Manage website content while ensuring SEO best practices.
  • Create and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent brand messaging.

Social Media Management:

  • Develop social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Manage and grow social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Monitor social media trends and competitors’ activities.

SEO & SEM Management:

  • Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
  • Manage paid search campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy creation, and performance analysis.
  • Analyze website traffic and user behavior using tools like Google Analytics.

Performance Analysis & Reporting:

  • Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance data.
  • Create reports to assess ROI and campaign effectiveness.
  • Use insights to refine strategies and improve future campaigns.

Budget Management:

  • Develop and manage the digital marketing budget.
  • Allocate resources effectively across channels to maximize ROI.
  • Negotiate with vendors and manage costs related to digital marketing activities.
  • Coordinate with other departments (e.g., Sales, Creative, IT) to align marketing strategies.
