Responsibilities:

The position will be required to do overall project management: oversee scope, planning, vendor implementation, and ensuring projects are delivered in the assigned business unit. The role will require managing digital resources to deliver all digital projects according to project guidelines. The role will require engaging with development teams to ensure project objectives are achievable and meet quality standards.

Project Initiation

• Support Head of IT to understand BG digital strategy, business requirements, and challenges and propose solutions to meet business needs and address business challenges.
• Explore & perform feasibility study of new Digital Technology and Solutions that benefit business.
• Lead in designing, specifying, and selecting IT systems considering functionality, data security, licenses, integration, infrastructure, performance, and ongoing supportability.
• Estimate project implementation cost and work with Head of IT in preparing business case for Digital Solution.

Project Execution

• Lead and manage digital projects.
• Responsible for the timely delivery of all phases of digital projects, including estimating, structuring, managing/control, and transition to operation. Must have experience managing and leading highly skilled, geographically dispersed teams to deliver projects on time and on budget.
• Engage and communicate with stakeholders and manage issues.
• Work with business users to define scope and gather business requirements, providing conceptual and detailed designs to meet business needs, project planning, define test plan, contingency and cut-over planning, and post-implementation support plan.
• Work closely with Change Management team to define training plan, communication plan, and any other Change Management activities.
• Act as Quality Assurance to ensure Digital projects are on schedule, on budget, and meeting business needs.
• Responsible for resource management for Digital projects.

Project Closing

• Ensure project is transitioned to operation for ongoing support.
• Support Business Financial Controller to calculate Return of Investment and confirm the effectiveness of IT system investment.

To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:

• A degree in the related job field.
• At least 3 to 5 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role.
• Willing to relocate to the job location.
