Role Summary:
This role involves developing the vision & strategic direction of the BD function for the region in line with organizational priorities, building a culture of driving and monitoring operationalisation of strategy. Drives sourcing of deals with a strong network at senior levels and is well known and credible among landowners and CEOs.
Able to parley that credibility into preference for the organisation. Driving the deal pipeline for the region, ensuring the right transactions are selected and term sheets are signed basis a win-win proposition for organisation and counter-party. Ensuring for every major deal a rigorous and detailed technical due diligence, effective mitigation of risk and a water-tight business plan and documentation that secures organisations interests in the transaction.
