Company Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Deputy Factory Manager for our client, a new investment company focused on manufacturing world-class toys of international standards and high quality. The successful candidate will be responsible for fully presiding over the daily production arrangement and management of the factory, organizing and coordinating production according to the production plan issued by the planning department, ensuring that customer orders are completed on time with guaranteed quality, quantity, and delivery, and achieving various indicators issued by the headquarters.
Key Responsibilities:
Production Management
The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding, supervising, and inspecting the arrangement and management of daily production operations in the workshop, organizing the statistics and analysis of various production data, and ensuring the continuity and balance of production operations.
Quality Assurance
They will also be responsible for supervising and inspecting the implementation of the quality assurance system in the production process of the workshop, analyzing the reasons for unqualified products, reviewing and improving quality problems, and improving the pass rate of products.
Cost Management
In addition, the candidate will be responsible for controlling and managing production costs in the workshop, continuously reducing various production costs under the condition of stable quality.
Personnel Management
They will also be responsible for personnel management, including probation, regularization, transfer, promotion, overtime approval, leave, resignation, and dismissal of production personnel within the scope of responsibility.
Equipment Management
Furthermore, the candidate will be responsible for organizing the management and maintenance of production equipment and production tools in the workshop.
Communication and Teamwork
They will host the morning meeting of the production workshop, supervise the convening of each team meeting, and assign, train, guide, supervise, inspect, and assess the work of subordinates in the workshop.
