Demand Planning Staff [Contract-Based]

This job contributes to Frisian Flag’s success by ensuring the high level of competence within the Demand area. Key activities of Demand planner include the creation, monitoring and improving the demand plan in collaboration with commercial teams (e.g., sales and marketing) in alignment with finance and supply chain.

By continuously challenging sales figures and by keeping realistic supply chain scenarios in mind the department aims to produce an accurate forecast which is in balance with supply.

Vacancy Description:

• Creates the demand plans based on baseline (statistical) forecast which is enriched by inputs from the marketing and commercial teams; for the operational (0-13 weeks) and tactical horizon (4-18 months).
• Prepares the pre-demand review meeting & demand review meetings and provides input for the MT Demand review meeting.
• Follow-up of the decisions/constraints from the S&OP cycle of FFI.
• Reporting for Total FFI Historical and Forecast.
• Calculate Primary Sales based on stock distributor for FY.
• Secure demand plan constraining in case of supply restrictions and share the results with internal stakeholders (e.g., supply, sales, and customer service) and intercompany customers.

What We Ask:

• Bachelor or Master degree, preferably in Supply Chain Management/Logistics or Engineering.
• Fresh graduate is open to explore.
• Knowledge of principles such as forecasting, S&OP, statistics.
• Basic Knowledge of ERP-systems (preferred SAP, APO DP/SNP, BW, MicroStrategy).
• Knowledge of MS Office (advanced).
• Knowledge of operational processes/supply chain management.
• Knowledge of E2E Supply Chain processes within FMCG.
• Fluently in Indonesian and English written and spoken.
• Willing to undergo a contract-basis employment.
