Job Description

• Coordinate demand review meetings and collaborate with marketing teams to support new product launches.
• Act as the main point of contact for supply chain issues, working closely with commercial and logistics teams to resolve challenges.
• Lead and improve S&OP processes, and managing demand forecasts with commercial teams
• Create strategies to support growth and optimize replenishment processes through effective planning.
• Analyze and resolve forecast accuracy issues, ensuring demand plans are approved by cluster leaders.
• Develop budgets for imports, warehousing, and distribution, driving process improvements and cost savings.
• Manage logistics operations to enhance costs and service levels while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Set inventory targets and reduce excess stock to minimize write-offs and improve efficiency.
• Lead and develop the team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, business administration, or logistics.
• Experience working with sales, marketing, and external logistics providers to drive collaboration.
• More than 8 years of expertise in managing demand, supply, and logistics operations.
• At least 5 years of experience in animal health or pharmaceutical industries
• Strong ability to analyze data and use insights to make informed decisions.
• Proven success in managing the entire supply chain and driving cost efficiencies.
• Comfortable working independently or in teams, with strong leadership and influence skills.
• Able to juggle multiple projects and align them with broader business goals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English.
