We are looking for 2 Dating Coordinator associates based in Indonesia (SCBD) to pair up with our Matchmakers to support our Singapore and Malaysia branch. As a Dating Coordinator, your primary objective is to facilitate seamless date coordination between our clients. You will engage in proactive communication with clients to address their needs and provide support throughout their dating journey, as well as gather feedback for continuous service improvement.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and schedule client dates.
• Communicate actively with clients via chat and phone.
• Respond to inquiries, provide support, and offer dating advice.
• Handle feedback and service recovery when needed.
• Support operations, events, and suggest improvements for customer satisfaction.

Ideal Candidates

• Passionate about people with excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written & spoken).
• English proficiency required; we seek your understanding that only CVs in English will be considered.
• Experience in Customer Service, Customer Success, or Sales Ops is a plus; fresh grads with strong communication skills are welcome.
• Diligent, detail-oriented, and adaptable, with integrity and strong work ethics.
• Able to work one weekend day (Sat/Sun), with a weekday off in exchange.
