Data Science Lead

Responsibilities

1. Collecting and cleaning large datasets from various sources to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
2. Conducting exploratory data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and insights that can inform business decisions.
3. Developing and implementing machine learning models for predictive and prescriptive analytics.
4. Working closely with business analysts, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into analytical solutions.
5. Presenting findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.
6. Staying updated on the latest trends, tools, and techniques in data science and machine learning.

Requirements

1. Candidate must own at least a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science / Information System or any major with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a scale of 4.00).
2. At least 1 year of experience in advanced data analytics.
3. Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in data science, such as Python or R.
4. Solid foundation in statistical analysis and hypothesis testing.
5. Familiarity with databases and data querying languages (e.g., SQL).
6. Effective communication skills to convey technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
7. Understanding of business processes and the ability to align analytical solutions with business goals.
