DATA PROTECTION OFFICER

• Assist in analyzing the company's data protection risks and policies and ensure the implementation of policies in line with data security standards.
• Conduct privacy impact assessments (PIAs) and data protection impact assessments (DPIAs) to identify risks in processing activities.
• Prepare reports related to data security and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct awareness programs and promote a culture of protection of personal data.
• Liaison officer to regulators regarding the implementation of Personal Data Protection.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Legal, Information System, or Computer Science.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in Compliance, Legal, Risk or Data Protection, especially in finance/banking industry. Having certification in Data Protection is a plus.
• Understand the protection regulations of the PDP Law.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

The Bank was established on 27 April 1971 under the name of PT Bank Pasar Pagi Madju.
