Job description

The Core Objectives:

  1. Monitor various corporate communication channels with timely and appropriate responses.
  2. Collect and report any technical or system issues while processing data entry.
  3. Perform ad-hoc tasks as required by the team to improve overall business such as market research and service quality audit.
  4. Perform administrative tasks involving a partner's account (credit top-up, changes in partner's information, etc.).

Essential Experience / Criteria (Mandatory):

  1. Min D3 in any major with GPA 2.75.
  2. Min Fresh grad and max 2 years in data entry field.
  3. Willing to work in a shifting schedule.
  4. Basic Excel skills: accuracy using MS Excel.
  5. Typing skill with WPM 50 & Accuracy 90%.
  6. Good analytical skills.
  7. Clear articulation and good communication in Bahasa.
  8. Fast response, effective, and efficient in working.
  9. Able to work within a dynamic environment.
  10. Minimum able to speak basic English, however, MUST be able to write in English.

Desirable Experience / Criteria (Preferred):

  1. Sense of empathy.
  2. Able to set a friendly tone (smiling voice).
  3. Candidate will be passed if able to operate basic Excel:
  • Basic calculation.
  • Quick calculation with Autosum.
  • Simple data automation in cells.
  • Format numbers.
  • Create a table.
  • Using manual functions.
  • Combine 2 columns or rows.
  • Familiar with Google Sheets.
