Data Analytic / Data Scientist

Responsibilities:

1. Identifying potential growth opportunities through data exploration & analysis
2. Collaboratively work with stakeholders to define problems and to provide actionable insight based on data-driven approaches
3. Promoting self-service data-driven culture within the organization
4. Developing scalable data products (predictive model, analytics dashboard, etc.) that drive business/product growth
5. Designing controlled experiments to determine the incremental effect of business & product initiatives
6. Being a lead and Data Science decision-maker for junior and middle Data Scientists in a project

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Informatics Engineering, Information System, Statistic, MIPA or any related major
2. At least 3 years of experience in Data Science or Analytics
3. Experienced in translating business to data science problems, and performing online experiments to validate the hypothesis
4. Implemented analytical or Machine Learning models to production, which are run on a periodic basis to solve specific business use cases
5. Experienced in crafting raw or tabular data into insights and presenting it to the stakeholders via compelling data visualizations
6. Experienced in collaborating with various data-related roles in the organization to solve business use cases, e.g., with Data Engineer, Data Analyst, Product/Project Manager
7. Excellent programming skills in Python and Data Science related packages on it, such as pandas, numpy, scikit-learn
8. Experienced with linear programming is preferred
9. Available to work on-site in Jakarta
