Data Analyst (Fresh Graduates)

Job Description

To maintain a client service orientation by managing the day-to-day administration of client service and coordinating on analysis and reporting of assigned research projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Servicing

1. Maintain an accurate, complete, up-to-date and insightful client business profiles to be shared with senior management.
2. Assist senior staff in delivering quality services to clients and ensure the services provided to clients are timely and precise according to client business needs and specifications while meeting the company's quality standards.
3. Communicate client needs to appropriate team members or stakeholders.
4. Provide research, administrative, and operational support to senior staff.
5. Be directly accountable for work conducted for their nominated clients in terms of analyses, charting, etc.

Functional / Technical

1. Maintain an accurate and up-to-date knowledge on research techniques and applications.
2. Integrate multiple data sources to answer business issues.
3. Perform quality checks on all reports for alignment to request, accuracy, and correctness.
4. Ensure standard operating procedures within area of responsibility are observed.
5. Recommend improvements in work processes within area of responsibility.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s Degree in any major from a reputable University.
2. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
3. Entry-level knowledge of research techniques and methodologies, also statistics and multivariate analysis.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint (including data analysis, charting, etc.) and/or Google Spreadsheet & Slides.
5. Good client service skills and able to communicate and write effectively in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
