Data Analyst

About the job :
Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing large sets of data to provide actionable insights that support business decision-making. This role requires proficiency in data analysis tools, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex findings clearly and effectively.

In this role, you will get to :

1. Collect, clean, and organize large datasets from multiple sources.
2. Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
3. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for key stakeholders.
4. Provide recommendations for process improvements based on data insights.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business goals.
6. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency.
7. Use statistical techniques and tools to interpret and present data findings.

What you will Need to Succeed :

1. Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
2. Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role for minimum 2 years.
3. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, or R.
4. Having knowledge and understanding of retail business.
5. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
6. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. Willing to be placed at Kopo, Katapang, Bandung.
