Data Analyst

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to help the company make data-driven decisions. You will collaborate with various teams to understand business objectives and provide insights to enhance performance.

Responsibilities

1. Gathering data from various sources and ensuring it’s clean and accurate.
2. Using statistical techniques and tools (like SQL, Python, or R) to analyze data and identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
3. Generating reports and visualizations (using tools like Excel, Tableau, or Power BI) to present findings to management.
4. Identifying potential financial risks and creating models to mitigate them.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics or Applied Mathematics or equivalent experience.
2. 1 - 2 years' Data Analysis experience.
3. Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, Excel, Tableau, Power BI.
4. Ability to use statistical methods to interpret and analyze data.
5. Identifying issues or opportunities based on data insights.
6. Experience in data analysis, banking, or financial services is often required.
