Data Analyst

Job Responsibilities

• Designing and maintaining data systems and databases while collecting data from various sources;
• Organizing data into a readable format, while cleaning the data, such as removing duplicates, correcting entries, and eliminating invalid data;
• Analyzing data using Microsoft Office or SQL to interpret data, assisting the team in operations such as creating data visualizations in the form of graphs, tables, charts, and reports;
• Preparing reports for the team and management, creating documentation to help understand the results of the data analysis process, and coordinating with other divisions regarding the data results;

Requirements

• Age: 24 to 35 years old;
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any field;
• Minimum 1-2 years working experience in the related field is required for this position, preferably with experience in P2P Lending Money Company/Fintech;
• Required Language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English;
• Required Skills: Good communication skills, problem-solving, able to operate a computer, Ms. Office, and SQL;
• Possess good knowledge in data collection and specialization in data processing (outstanding, repayment, reconcile, and data anomalies);
• Highly responsible, committed & disciplined, with the ability to work under pressure;
