Data Analyst

Bank Sahabat Sampoerna is looking for Data Analytics Specialist who will be responsible for the following:

• Create reports and analyze all digital business performance and services.
• Assess calculations for new products/services and explore business opportunities with potential partners.
• Providing quality services by providing solutions and assistance based on data.
• Report any issues to relevant teams and ensure timely resolution by actively following up on improvements.
• Modify products/services based on customer feedback and business requirements to meet customer needs.

For this position, we will need someone who:

• Minimum a Bachelor's Degree (S1).
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Excel and familiarity with data visualization platforms.
• Strong ability to think analytically and interpret data.
• Highly developed communication and presentation skills
• Fresh graduates with internship(s) experience are welcome
