Job Description:

Arna Ocean Lounge & Glamping is looking for a Steward to join our team! As a Steward, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen and dining areas.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and workstations
• Wash dishes, glassware, cutlery, and other kitchen tools
• Ensure proper waste disposal and maintain hygiene standards
• Assist chefs and kitchen staff with basic tasks as needed
• Maintain stock of cleaning supplies and report any shortages
• Follow health and safety regulations in food handling and sanitation

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Steward or in a similar role is a plus, but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good physical condition, as the role involves standing for long hours and handling kitchenware
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Residing in or willing to relocate to Nusa Ceningan, Lembongan
