Job Description

The Cyber Security Intern will support the IT and Security teams in safeguarding the company's digital assets. Responsibilities include:

1. Assisting with risk assessments
2. Vulnerability testing
3. Implementing security protocols
4. Monitoring and analyzing security events
5. Supporting incident response efforts
6. Enforcing compliance with cybersecurity policies

Job Specification

• Educational Background: Currently pursuing a degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Technical Skills:
• Familiarity with cybersecurity tools and frameworks (e.g., SIEM, IDS/IPS, OWASP)
• Basic knowledge of network security, malware analysis, and threat intelligence
• Experience with scripting or programming languages (Python, Bash, etc.) is a plus
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, good communication skills, and a proactive learning attitude.
• Availability: Able to commit to a part-time internship with flexible hours around coursework.
