Position Overview:
As a Customer Support Associate, you will be at the forefront of our customer service efforts, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering stellar support across various channels. Your role demands superb communication skills, empathy, and a strong commitment to excellence.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Swiftly respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone, ensuring every interaction is handled with professionalism and empathy.
  2. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, ensuring no detail is overlooked.
  3. Collaborate closely with teammates to ensure every customer enjoys a seamless experience from start to finish.
  4. Resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems as needed to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  1. Proficiency in both written and verbal English.
  2. Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple tasks with ease.
  5. A suitable environment for taking phone calls and a personally-owned PC or laptop with a minimum of 15 Mbps upload & download speed. A backup internet connection (10 Mbps) is also required upon hiring.
