Responsibilities:

  • Process incoming orders efficiently.
  • Assist customers' inquiries via Email and Live chat.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer relationships and promote additional products or services.
  • Follow up on scheduled orders and email requests.
  • Perform any related additional tasks that are assigned.
  • Create orders processed status report on a weekly basis.
  • Review performance metrics from the previous month.
  • Analyze customer feedback.
  • Evaluate the efficiency of current order processing workflows.

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduates or candidates with at least 1 year of relevant experience in customer service, operations, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge about the Domain, Hosting/Server, and Website sales is an advantage.
  • Punctuality - consistent adherence to schedules, timeliness, and reliability.
  • Adherence to established processes, attention to detail, and commitment to maintaining consistency and quality in work.
  • Proactive contributor - actively and consistently contributes ideas and suggestions without waiting to be prompted.
  • Capability to work during weekends and public holidays as needed.
  • Fluent in English is a must.

Working Conditions:

Must be based in Jogja or willing to relocate to Jogja. Hybrid working is allowed after the probationary period.
