We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries through live chat and email, providing timely and effective solutions.
Collaborate with the internal team to address and resolve app-related issues.
Manage and track customer support metrics to ensure optimal performance.
Ensure the company’s ratings and reviews remain positive across platforms like Play store, App Store, and Google Maps by proactively handling customer feedback.
Minimum 600 messages sent per day.
Promote campaigns to our users.
Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
Excellent time management skills.
Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction.
A passion for helping customers and resolving issues in a positive manner.
Fast typing skills and excellent attention to detail.
Ability to analyze and manage data efficiently.
Ability to work in a team and collaborate across departments.
