Customer Services Executive (Mandarin)

About the role

This is a full-time Customer Services Executive (Mandarin) role at PT Ecogreen Oleochemicals based in Batam, Riau Islands. In this position, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and support to our clients, with a focus on those who speak and write in Mandarin and English. Your excellent communication skills and attention to detail will be crucial in ensuring a positive experience for our customers.

What we're looking for

• Fluency in both Mandarin and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in the manufacturing or chemicals industry.
• Understanding of the international payment system, including payment processing with Letter of Credit (L/C).
• Understanding of the system of good delivery agreements (Incoterms).
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and remain calm under pressure.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality customer service.

Manufacturing Facilities
