Job Responsibility

  1. Handling all inbound calls, live chat and email pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related to the company's products.
  2. Exceeding customer expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.
  3. Working in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.

Job Requirements

  1. Welcome Fresh Graduate (Minimum SPM).
  2. Excellent in verbal and written English communication skills.
  3. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Empathy and patience when dealing with customer concerns.
