Opportunity

As a full-time on-site Customer Service Supervisor located in Jakarta, you will play a vital role in managing and enhancing our customer service operations. You will lead a dedicated team of customer service representatives to ensure exceptional service delivery, handle customer inquiries, and resolve issues promptly. Your strong leadership and communication skills will be essential in fostering a positive customer experience and promoting a culture of excellence within the team.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and train the customer service team to deliver high-quality support to our customers.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures to enhance customer service efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing coaching and feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve service offerings.
  • Analyze customer service metrics and gather feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in customer service, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle difficult situations and resolve customer complaints effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on improving customer service processes.
  • Ability to motivate and develop team members for improved performance.
  • Proficient in using customer service software and tools.
  • Knowledge of smart home technology and related products is a plus.
