Job description
Responsibilities:
Establish and build good communication with customers through e-commerce/marketplace platforms.
Serve live chat questions, complaints and requests for return of goods from the customer in a friendly and polite manner.
Follow up questions, requests for goods returns and complaints from customers to the relevant department.
Provide a fast response in the form of solutions and alternatives to customers.
Responsible for all customer inquiries and complaints.
Always oriented to customer service and satisfaction.
Requirement:
Minimum Senior High School.
Preferably have 2 years of working experience in Customer Service/Admin Online.
Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
Age max 30 years old.
Capability in Microsoft Office, skilled in Excel/PPT/Word is an advantage.
Good communication skills in Bahasa and English; Mandarin is a PLUS.
Strong customer service skills, cooperative attitude, able to multi-task & working detail-oriented.
Able to work under pressure and willing to be flexible in terms of scheduling or overtime.
Fast learner and have a high sense of responsibility. Experience using TikTok Shop, Shopee center seller website, Tokopedia, Lazada, etc.
