Due to the growth of daily tasks and our business expansion, our team in Kediri requires an additional employee who will be responsible for the following functions:

  • Supporting Maxim users in resolving order-related issues while handling their feedback and requests via live chat and outbound calls.
  • Monitoring service rule violations.
  • Presenting users with offers of new conditions and promotions.
  • Communicating with Maxim riders and assisting with online registration.

  • Rp 3.000.000 (net) for the start + salary increase on a permanent basis, which depends on the growth of the branch's indicators and your personal performance.

Requirements:

  • Sales/Customer Service experience: min. 1 year.
  • Strong command of the English language.
  • Highly developed communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Result-oriented team player.
