Job description

Triv is one of the largest and oldest Cryptocurrency exchanges in Indonesia since 2015.

We're currently looking for a resilient Customer Service Representative for our Branch Office in Kapas Krampung, Surabaya. Worry not, we offer competitive compensation & attractive benefits for our hardworking team!

Your daily tasks will consist of:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, live chat, or social media
  • Identifying customer needs and recommend suitable services.
  • Staying updated on products, features, and system updates
  • Coordinating with the team to resolve complex issues

And if you're someone who:

  • Has a Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma or equivalent
  • Has a proven work experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role for at least 1 year
  • Is proficient in typing and computer skills
  • Has strong communication skills, both within the team and externally
  • Has experience in the Crypto Industry would be a valuable advantage!
  • Is able to work on the following shift schedule:
    • Monday to Friday: 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM
    • Saturday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
    • Sunday: Off
