Job description
  • Support Sales and Program Manager to ensure excellent service to customers.
  • Day-to-day order processing, verifying the PO pricing versus the quote price, MOQ, and shipment terms.
  • Day-to-day order tracking, confirming material availability, production capacity, and delivery schedule.
  • Expediting urgent demands on materials and production to satisfy customer requirements.
  • Regular meetings with planners to update customers on account status.
  • Participation in meetings with PM/Sales/Customers as required.
  • Prepare documents and reports for customers.
  • Analyze negative margin products and report findings along with solutions.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing company.
  • Able to speak and read in Mandarin and English.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers and team members.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to track performance metrics and manage customer relationships.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive business growth and profitability.
  • Able to work well under pressure and handle emergency and stressful situations.
  • Positive mindset and a 'Can Do' attitude.
