English Fluency: Written and Spoken English

Education: Diploma 3 / Bachelor's Degree - GRADUATED

Location: Lippo Mall, Yogyakarta

Notice Period: Can join IMMEDIATELY

Essential Functions/Core Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure service delivered to our customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicator (‘KPIs’).
  2. Clarify customer requirements; probe for understanding, use decision-support tools and resources to resolve customer issues that are non-standard/unstructured and require some clarification or conceptual thinking.
  3. Attend to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy while maximizing opportunity to build rapport with the customer.
  4. Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures.
  5. Maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services.
  6. Prepare complete and accurate work including appropriately notating accounts as required.
  7. Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.
  8. Offer additional products and/or services.
