Customer Service Process Automation Service Engineer - Surabaya based

You’ll create impact by:

1. Executing Process Automation projects from engineering to commissioning such as migration, digitalization, upgrade and retrofit.
2. Supporting Sales department and Proposal to design a solution for customer inquiries.
3. Being part of After Sales Service and Training for customers.
4. Engaging in continuous learning and growing.

You’d describe yourself as:

1. Having strong experience with engineering software in Process Automation and Instrumentation (SIMATIC PCS 7, SIMATIC BATCH, SIMATIC PDM) and communication protocols (Profinet, Profibus (DP / PA), Modbus (TCP/RTU), HART).
2. Having strong experience with engineering hardware in Process Automation and Instrumentation (Flow, Pressure, Temperature, Level).
3. Having experience with Safety System engineering software in Process Automation (SIMATIC Safety System and Safety Matrix).
4. Having good experience in reading system architecture, wiring diagrams, process, and instrument diagrams.
5. Having experience in Factory Automation applications (TIA PORTAL, STEP 7, Distributed Safety) is a plus.
6. Having experience in Digitalization and IIoT industrial applications is a plus.
7. Having experience in Software Programming (Node Red, Java, C#, and Javascript) is a plus.
8. Having experience in Electrical Drive & Control is a plus.
9. Being self-driven with a strong entrepreneurial mindset and leadership skills.
10. Being self-directed and high energy.
11. Having excellent communication and writing skills in Bahasa and English is a must.

Additional requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree – Software Engineering, Control Engineering, Electrical Science, Physics Engineering, or other technical backgrounds with hands-on experience in daily work.
2. Automation Engineering/Programming Experience – 5+ years (including DCS and PLC).
3. IoT Experience (connectivity, software development, data communication & data analysis).
4. Able to drive a team and work as part of a team, bringing something special to the group.
5. Working Location: Surabaya, East Java - Indonesia
