As our business grows, we’re looking for a capable and committed Customer Service professional to join our team.

About the Role
This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to grow. You’ll be handling shipment coordination, client communication, documentation, and inside sales—while building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. This role requires flexibility, a sense of ownership, and the ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment.

The position has normal working days of Monday-Friday; includes a probation period of up to 6 months, during which performance, adaptability, and team fit will be assessed.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Coordinate end-to-end shipments, including scheduling, bookings with liners, agent confirmation, invoicing, etc.
  2. Communicate and collaborate effectively with clients, shipping lines, overseas agents, and internal teams.
  3. Handle documentation tasks, including creating Bills of Lading (BL), submitting manifests, and ensuring all documents are completed and submitted on time, and other day-to-day documentation processes.
  4. Handle inside sales activities such as preparing quotations and following up with clients.
  5. Maintain accurate and organized records for reporting and tracking.
  6. Assist with ad hoc tasks across departments as needed.
  7. Be available to work outside office hours when required by deadlines or urgent matters.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor (S1) or Diploma (D3) degree, preferably in Logistics, Shipping, International Trade, Business, or related fields.
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience in freight forwarding, shipping, logistics, or a similar industry.
  3. Proficient in Google Apps (Gmail, Drive, Sheet, Docs) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  4. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (at least business proficiency).
  5. Willing to work overtime or beyond office hours when required.
