Job Description

1. Reply to WhatsApp chats, Facebook Messenger, and Instagram Direct Messages to answer any enquiries from customers in Singapore.
2. Communicate with the manager on a daily basis for tasks (online).
3. Maintain a positive attitude while replying to text messages.
4. Provide fast responses to new messages from leads.
5. Store or input data accurately into the software system.
6. Perform administrative ad-hoc tasks (e.g., printing attendance for classes).

Job Requirements

1. Fluent in English
2. A minimum of 2 years of experience is required (experience in the same industry would be an added advantage).
3. Able to adapt to a fast-paced working environment.
4. Good with numbers and data analysis.
5. Fast learner (able to learn to use in-house system to handle leads).
6. Willingness to perform ad-hoc operations duties.
7. Ability to implement contingency flows in case of an emergency.
8. Assist with bi-annual test operations.
9. Prepare attendance for weekly classes.
10. Ensure that all tasks and checks assigned to supervisors are carried out smoothly.

Working Arrangement

1. Working days: 5 days working, 2 days off.
2. Remote work.
3. Monthly pay starts at IDR 4,500,000.
4. Additional public holiday pay: IDR 400,000 per day.
