Job Description

• Reply to WhatsApp chats, Facebook Messenger, and Instagram Direct Messages to answer any enquiries from customers in Singapore.
• Communicate with the manager on a daily basis for tasks (online).
• Maintain a positive attitude when replying to text messages.
• Provide fast responses to new messages from leads.
• Accurately store or key data into the software system.
• Perform administrative ad-hoc tasks (e.g., printing attendance for classes).

Job Requirements

• Fluent in English
• A minimum of 2 years of experience is required (experience in the same industry would be an added advantage).
• Able to adapt to a fast-paced working environment.
• Good with numbers and data analysis.
• Fast learner (able to learn to use in-house systems to handle leads).
• Willing to perform ad-hoc operational duties.
• Implement contingency plans in the case of an emergency.
• Assist with bi-annual test operations.
• Prepare attendance for weekly classes.
• Ensure that all tasks and checks assigned to supervisors are carried out smoothly.

Working Arrangement

• Working days: 5 days working, 2 days off
• Remote
• Monthly pay: IDR 4,500,000
• Additional Public Holiday: IDR 400,000 per day
