Job Description:

  1. Report to the Customer Service Manager and help with after-sales service for the company's products through customer calls and walk-in inquiries.
  2. Serve customers professionally and show care when addressing their concerns.
  3. Recommend products for replacement, service contracts, service fees, and spare parts to customers.
  4. Maintain the showroom by keeping it clean and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
  5. Help the supervisor prepare after-sales service reports and handle any other assigned tasks.
  6. Provide professional support to customers over the phone and in person, helping them with product inquiries and spare parts purchases.
  7. Schedule services and repairs for technicians.
  8. Ensure service charges are collected, monitor unpaid bills, and follow up on payments from customers.
  9. Keep records of services provided to customers using the customer service system and prepare Quality Claims Reports (QCR).
  10. Track parts and products under QCR until replacement parts are received.
  11. Follow up with Quality Assurance (QA) on any issues related to service quality.
  12. Safeguard the Customer Service Department’s files and records.
  13. Maintain the showroom's cleanliness and atmosphere.
  14. Advise customers on available products, service fees, and company promotions.
  15. Maintain high service standards and achieve set KPIs.

Job Requirements:

  1. At least a min Nitec, Hi-tec, or Diploma in any field or equivalent.
  2. Preferably 1-2 years of experience in customer service.
  3. Energetic and enjoys interacting with people.
  4. Able to work in a fast-paced environment with good computer skills.
  5. Proficient in Mandarin to communicate with Chinese speaking customers and business associates.
  6. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  7. On-the-job training will be provided.

Compensation:

Working hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm
Working location: Central, Singapore
