Job Deskripsi

  • Efficiently handle customer inquiries and complaints through Omni channel (Chat) or Inbound call (voice)
  • Escalate complex issues to the Team Lead for resolution
  • Maintain a typing speed of at least 50 words per minute
  • Exhibit effective communication and active listening skills
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer support

Deskripsi Persyaratan

  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant working experience in Customer Service/Support,
  • Demonstrating strong communication skills in both Bahasa and English
  • Have experience working as part of a customer service voice team
  • Minimum education requirement: Diploma or equivalent, bachelor level is preferred
  • Willingness to work in a shifting mode, including public holidays, as part of an 18/7 roster
  • Familiarity with various customer service tools and technologies
  • Ability to execute smart solutions
  • Empathy and a customer-centric approach
  • Having experience in live chat is a plus
  • Able to do smiling voice
  • Good Communication and writing in English
