Efficiently handle customer inquiries and complaints through Omni channel (Chat) or Inbound call (voice)
Escalate complex issues to the Team Lead for resolution
Maintain a typing speed of at least 50 words per minute
Exhibit effective communication and active listening skills
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer support

Deskripsi Persyaratan

Minimum of 1 year of relevant working experience in Customer Service/Support,
Demonstrating strong communication skills in both Bahasa and English
Have experience working as part of a customer service voice team
Minimum education requirement: Diploma or equivalent, bachelor level is preferred
Willingness to work in a shifting mode, including public holidays, as part of an 18/7 roster
Familiarity with various customer service tools and technologies
Ability to execute smart solutions
Empathy and a customer-centric approach
Having experience in live chat is a plus
Able to do smiling voice
Good Communication and writing in English
