Job Responsibilities:
• Handle domestic and international flight, train, and hotel reservations from travel agents or corporate clients
• Provide fast and efficient customer support via phone, email, and chat
• Investigate customer issues, identify root causes, and offer appropriate solutions
• Coordinate with airlines, train operators, and hotels to ensure booking accuracy and availability
• Assist customers with booking modifications, cancellations, and refund processes
Requirements:
• Based in Yogyakarta (remote, Jogja area only)
• Minimum Diploma in any field
• Fluent in English is a plus for communication with international travel agents, airlines, hotels, and suppliers
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Reservation Staff or Customer Service in the travel industry
• Background in the travel or hotel industry is an advantage
• Familiarity with Qontak is a plus
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and public holidays
