What you'll be doing

• Handling inbound customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Providing detailed information about our international courier services, including delivery timelines (SLA), regulations, and tracking.
• Processing tracking shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation.
• Collaborating with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Continuously seeking ways to improve customer satisfaction and service delivery.

What we're looking for

• Have experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably within the logistics or courier industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to handle customer inquiries.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, and ability to write formal emails in English.
• Commitment to providing a high level of customer service and a genuine passion for helping others.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office, preferably MS Excel or Google Spreadsheets (Basic to Medium Level, e.g., SUM, VLOOKUP, AVERAGE).
