Basic Requirements:

1. Minimum D3 / S1 any major
2. Fluent in English both in Written and Reading (min. B1 Intermediate - B2 Upper Intermediate is a MUST)
3. Min. 1-2 years experience in Customer Service position
4. Communicative.
5. Willing to work in SHIFTING SCHEDULE including Weekend and Public Holiday.
6. Willing to be placed in YOGYAKARTA.
7. Candidates can work immediately if they pass the client interview.

Preferred Requirements:

• Proficiency in English and Multi-lingual is highly preferred (depends on the market assignment)
• Compliance operations experience is preferred.
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Ability to work in a fast and evolving environment with detail-oriented focus.
• Experience in Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
• Preferably to have a typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
