Customer Service berbahasa Prancis / French-speaking Customer Service Agent

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a French-Speaking Customer Service Agent. This is a remote position, and the selected candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Accepting incoming calls and consulting our clients in French language.
• Requesting information and documents from clients by phone and email in French language.
• Inputting orders into our French customer service software programs.
• Issuing quotations / price offers for our French-speaking clients.
• Writing and responding in French language to emails from clients.
• Ensuring that documents received from clients are complete and accurate.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree, ideally from a French-speaking country or in French language.
• Previous experience as a customer service agent, a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk or in customs brokerage.
• Exceptional French skills are mandatory.
• Advanced English and/or German language skills are highly appreciated and will be considered a significant asset.
