Job Descriptions:

• PART TIME
• Handle customer orders, and complaints with empathy and escalate when necessary.
• Work closely with other departments to resolve complex issues.
• Communicate with multicultural team, including English native speakers team.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Able to work in night shift.
• Can join immediately.
• Preferably kandidat yang bisa di training offline di kantor.
