Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred but not always required).
  • Previous experience in customer service, support, or client relations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to handle complaints and provide solutions professionally.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and support platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Strong problem-solving and active listening skills to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
  • Experience in BPO, e-commerce, fintech, telecommunications, or SaaS is an advantage.
