Responsibilities:

• Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers at all times through the website / ecommerce / market / application, social chat & chat application (wa / line)
• Respond to customer questions immediately
• Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints
• Provide feedback about the efficiency of the customer service process
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
• Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
• Process orders, forms, applications and requests
• Responsible for achieving sales targets through average sales and repeat customers

Requirements:

• Minimum education of SMA / K or Diploma or Bachelor
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar position
• Experience in customer service via digital chat such as website / ecommerce / marketplace / application, social chat & chat application (wa / line)
• Experience using systems like Qiscuss / Freshdesk / Zendesk
• Experience increasing conversion rates via chat
• Experience achieving sales targets using the method of upselling or cross-selling
• Good communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Willing to work shifting time
• Placement: Yogyakarta
