Customer Service

PT GRAHA WIJAYA LOGISTIK, a leading provider of freight and logistics services, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Surabaya, East Java. This full-time role is an integral part of our customer-centric approach, ensuring seamless interactions and support for our valued clients.

What We're Looking For:

• Maximal age 35 years old, S1.
• 2 years in the logistics industry.
• Fluency in English & Mandarin (spoken & written) preferred.
• Knowledge of Intercoms, shipping docs, customs, and freight operations.
• Experience in complete documentation handling.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Detail-oriented and adaptable.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Exceptional customer service - addressing clients' inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Handling customer interactions - including order processing, shipment tracking, and issue resolution.
• Manage Documentation - Handle shipping docs, customs paperwork, and compliance.
• Ensure Compliance - Apply Intercoms, customs, and freight knowledge.
• Coordinate Operations - Work with vendors, forwarders, and teams for smooth shipments.
• Use Language Skills - Communicate in English & Mandarin (if required) for clarity.
• Problem-Solve & Multitask - Address shipment issues and ensure efficiency.
• Stay Detail-Oriented - Verify accuracy in documents and operations.
• Adapt to Challenges - Respond flexibly to changing logistics needs.
